Abstract
The formation of management activities in general secondary schools based on strategic goals is important in improving the efficiency and quality of the educational system. The article focuses on optimizing school management through strategic goals, innovation in the educational process, student personal development, and teacher professional skills. For schools, the directions of setting specific and feasible strategic goals, the effective use of the resources of the educational institution, and the achievement of sustainable development are discussed. The paper also investigated strategic management methods and methodologies for solving educational problems, as well as mechanisms for monitoring their execution.
