Аннотация
This article examines the issues of ensuring and developing gender equality among teachers of higher education institutions based on innovative technologies. The article analyzes approaches aimed at improving the quality of education and social justice by integrating gender equality into the pedagogical process, the effectiveness of modern information and communication technologies (ICT), digital platforms and interactive teaching methods. It also shows ways to use advanced foreign experiences, e-learning tools, online courses and artificial intelligence capabilities in developing gender equality.
