Abstract

This article analyzes the processes of external migration and their impact on social mobility, while also substantiating strategic tasks aimed at optimizing this process. The transformational nature of social mobility is illustrated through the emergence of new social roles, professional qualifications, economic opportunities, and processes of cultural integration resulting from migration. In particular, it provides an empirical analysis of structural changes in society emerging from vertical mobility at the personal and family levels, the reintegration of returning migrants, accumulation of social capital, and the increase in skills and knowledge resulting from external labor migration. Moreover, the article proposes priority strategic tasks aimed at optimizing social mobility through improved migration management policies, labor market integration, legal guarantees, and enhanced social protection systems. Based on international experiences (Philippines, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan), practical recommendations are developed for the Uzbekistan model.
