Abstract
The field of oncogynecology is an important medical field aimed at diagnosing, treating, and preventing cancers that develop in the reproductive organs of women. In recent years, new approaches such as precision oncology, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and minimally invasive surgical techniques have been widely introduced in this field. This article analyzes modern methods used in the treatment of oncogynecological diseases, discusses their advantages and limitations. The article also highlights innovations being implemented in this area by comparing Uzbek and international experience. The goal is to increase the effectiveness of treatment for oncological diseases and make recommendations to improve the quality of life of patients.
