Abstract
This article examines the legal aspects of cybercrimes based on international norms and the legislative experiences of various countries. It analyzes the legal assessment of cyber fraud, unauthorized access to personal data, and hacking attacks within the framework of the Budapest Convention, United Nations documents, and foreign legal practices. Additionally, the study highlights the role of international organizations and law enforcement institutions in combating cybercrimes and proposes recommendations for improving legislation.
