Abstract

In this essay, Achievers University is examined. Any organization that wants to improve job performance, efficiency, and productivity must invest heavily in staff management through training, development, and utilization efficient service provision, employee skill development, and high-quality output. This investigation was driven by its vital character. This study looked at how Achievers University in Owo, Ondo State, Nigeria, developed and used its workforce. The nature of training at the university and the use of trained personnel were examined in the development research. To address the issue in detail, this work was broken up into five chapters. The background, the problems that actually prompted this research, the questions that the research is intended to answer, the three null hypothetical statements on the subject, the study's purpose or objectives, its significance to society, and its scope and limitations are all depicted. The books from various academics on the subject and talked about the research methodology. The context of the research area—Achievers University in Owo, Ondo State, Nigeria—was covered in great detail. The study used basic percentages to analyze and report the data obtained from the questionnaire, and chi-square was used to evaluate the hypotheses. Additionally, it enshrined the findings and their implications. The research was finally summarized, recommendations were made, and the study was ended in chapter five.
