Abstract
In the conditions of a market economy, the essence of economic concepts is being improved and brought into a single system through discussions, scientific and theoretical views, ideas of the time, and a deeper scientific substantiation of the functions, principles, specific features, characteristics, market segments, and economic relations between their participants, which are harmonized with the ideas of that time by scientists and experts. It is being developed in a scientifically sound manner in accordance with the requirements of the time and fundamental factors.
